    Responsibilities:

    Develop a PoC scenario and perform the demo

    Technical support for the APAC region as a day shift

    Technical support for the USA region as night shift

    Instance creation and configuration support for cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, OpenStack, etc.)

    Support for heterogeneous (on-premise/hypervisor/cloud) environment recovery

    Supports disaster recovery (DR) configurations in multiple cloud environments

    Supports multiple storage configurations and connections (SAN, NAS, Cloud Storage, etc.)

    Supports default settings (network, security, firewall settings) for server OS (Windows / Linux)

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years to 7 years of experience in relevant field

    CSP(AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc) certified professional preferred

    Completion of CSP-led training course preferred

    Experienced with IaC tools for cloud infrastructure management (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

    Experienced Server OS (Windows Server/Linux Server) installer

    Deep understanding of Virtualization Technology (VMware/HyperV/Xen/KVM)

    Experienced cloud infrastructure based on IaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, OpenStack, etc.)

    Able to work closely with diverse stakeholders and have good communication skills

    Self-driven, positive, cooperative, and willing to keep learning enthusiasm at all times

    English communication is mandatory, and if able to speak Mandarin/Bahasa would be a benefit
