    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customerâs complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution via online channel
    • Maintains customer records by updating account information
    • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
    • Collaborate with technical teams to implement changes
    • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet requirements
    • Develop and maintain documentation
    • Manage change requests and ensure project scope is maintained
    • Provide training and support to end-users
    • Communicate project/request/issue status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, technical support, or developer
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
    • Experience designing workflows, processes, and use cases
    • Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Required language(s): Mandarin, English both written and oral
