Description

You will play an important role in:

Help in recruiting customers by providing the value proposition.
Develop assigned territories.
Conduct & document TESTs with productivity, tool life, usage aspects and other related aspects in machining.
Retain customers by implementing Retention plans.
Work on targets execution and implement with distributor in assigned territories.
Provide value adding services to customers in line with company approach.
Handle commercials, overdue in the assigned territories.
Map the market & customers and update information in CRM as per mapping sheet.
CRM usage / updates for handling customers and managing daily business.
Complaints handling in accounts.
Development of the territory and share of business by diversifying in different Industry segments (Semi con, Medical, Aerospace, Energy)
Develop long term customer loyalty and enthusiastic customers.
Live the company Constitution & Code of conduct.

Your Profile

Diploma/Degree in any technical field is welcome.
Excellent command of written and spoken in English. Bahasa, Mandarin will be added advantage.
Independent problem-solving skills
Proactive, positive thinking, creative and persistent.
Excellent communication and presentations skills
Able to work independently and possess high level of confidentiality.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment.
Responsible & attentive attitude
5 years as sales or technical service in Machine Tools/ Cutting tools or other Mechanism. Additional knowledge of semi con industry will be helpful.
