    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistic, Business, or related professional course graduate (e.g., sales, marketing, business development, etc.).
    • Having direct experience in key account management would be an added advantage.
    • Mandarin proficiency (both oral and written) will have additional advantage.
    • Self-motivated, people-oriented, and analytical mindset with stakeholder and customers management skills
    • Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Job Requirements

    • Act as the bridge of communication between the customers and the logistic operation team.
    • Maintain a close relationship with the existing customers by assisting them to use the logistic service.
    • Possessed thorough knowledge in the logistics field to help to resolve the difficulties faced by customers, regarding the customerâs needs, request, and other details to provide suitable solutions.
    • Operate the Key Account system to assist customers in placing orders, and answering customer business consultations, package inquiries as well as other questions.
    • Developing detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitoring and analyzing project progress, identify potential issue, and propose improvement plan accordingly.
    • Contact branches, hubs, and other departments to solve customer needs through work orders.
    • Handle the complaints from the customers and assist in solving the issues.
    • Support other ad hoc assignments as required.
