    Description
    Job Summary

    • Manage requirements for assigned projects from high level customer journey to detailed
    business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Supporting operational excellence initiatives including identification and
    implementation of opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Plans, conducts / facilitates sessions for business requirements gathering and ensures
    the deliverables are met on timely basis.

    • Prepare, present and update stakeholders on as-is and to-be models, including the
    process, data, workflow, and application, as part of the requirements gathering process
    considering customer's journey and experience.

    • Identify technical development areas and ideate to-be model solutions with technical
    teams.

    • Collaborate with project manager to build Business Case, including cost / benefit
    analysis, risk assessment, project scope and development of a high-level plan.

    • Analyzes and manages requirement risk, traceability matrix and prioritizes
    requirements.

    • Performs quality review checks on project deliverables from stakeholders.
    • Develop test plans, perform testing, and conduct training activities.
    • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon for non-technical user
    understanding.

    • Manage post implementation activities including problem solving and benefits tracking
    with stakeholder engagements for root cause analysis and improvements.

    • Ideate / implement process improvement initiatives, including automation and
    simplification projects.

    • Adapts and applies different delivery methodologies including SCRUM, Waterfall and
    Lean determining the best methodology for the specific project.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration / business analytics / computer science /
    data analytics.

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Analysis / Analytics role.

    Preferred:
    a. Background in Insurance with in-depth understanding of insurance products and
    processes
    b. Experience with PowerBI, Power Query, PowerApps
    c. Experience with Ms Visio, SQL
    d. Experience with Lean / Automation / RPA
    e. Experience with Prototyping
