    YOUR ROLE

    • Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Asia, the Head of Planning Asia will lead the Henkel Planning agenda in the region.
    • You are responsible to define, initiate and control implementation of the regional planning strategy.
    • You will make a difference to shape the planning organization and define the interface to internal and external stakeholders on regional level
    • You help to define and initiate strategic initiatives to improve regional SC planning in close alignment with BUs, logistics and manufacturing
    • You ensure regular knowledge and best practice sharing within the regional supply chain planning community / represents Asia region in the global planning community
    • You are responsible in setting regional / country performance targets and steers organization towards target achievement (COST – CASH – SERVICE - SIMPLICITY)
    • You conduct change management to ensure the successful transition to new planning organization and best practice processes
    • You achieve further organizational efficiency by fostering digitization, automation and utilization of shared services support functions

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
    • Possess at least 10 years experience in the area of Supply Chain
    • Strong understanding of FMCG business / market
    • Experience in leading and developing people (ideally direct & indirect leadership + multi country)
    • Management experience in leading and developing planning professionals
    • Proven experience and success in operational excellence and continuous improvement in end-to-end planning / supply chain roles
    • Experience in organizational transformation projects (preferably planning)
    • Strong knowledge of S&OP, APO and other advanced planning tools as well as supply chain management strategies
    • Possess influence, strong communication skills, executive presence and a hands-on improvement style to be successful in this role
