    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • New franchisees recruitment in accordance with existing 7-Eleven Franchise Governance Policies & Standard.
  • To build and maintain relationships with franchisees in order to deepen the commitment of the franchisee to the brand, compliance, and overall growth.
  • To support coordinate and assist franchisees in resolving issues.
  • To handle existing franchise administrative and reporting processes.
  • To assist in handling any inbound franchise enquiries. This is to include answering questions and providing detailed and accurate information on the 7-Eleven franchise business.
  • To be a point of contact and ongoing personalized support and communication to all franchisees.
  • To assist with the initial assessment of potential franchisee.
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with company policy, data protection and privacy legislation.
  • To carry out reasonable duties as and when requested by your superior and any other senior management member.

    • Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor in business management or related discipline.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years' experience in retail business or franchise environment.
  • A good track record of collaborating with others in a team to achieve set goals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
