    About The Company

    Randstad is partnering with a global specialist in food packaging. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager to spearhead the team as part of their growth.

    About The Job

    • Oversee and guide the customer service team in effectively and efficiently managing both internal and external sales orders from customers.
    • Monitoring inventory levels compared to monthly sales forecasts for customers helps prevent situations of excess stock or shortages.
    • To ensure precise customer information is maintained within the company's system's customer master database.
    • Manage all received complaints, oversee investigations conducted by relevant parties, and provide feedback to sales or customers.
    • Collaborate with the warehouse regarding goods returns, replacements, or credit notes.
    • Participating in forecast reviews and assessing forecast achievements to aid in reaching sales targets and preventing shortages.

    skill/experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years experience in Customer Service in the trading or packaging industry.
    • Proven track record of effective leadership, organization & problem-solving skills.
