    Job Summary

    As a Japanese Speaking Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations within our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring efficient delivery of support services.

    Experience: 5 years' experience (Customer Interaction & Technical knowledge preferred)
    o Service Assurance and Network Capabilities
    o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and properly manage expectations
    o Customer Interaction, Relationship and Service Management
    o Soft Skills – including email creation and client responses
    o Network Operations
    o Process Management
    o Certified CCNA/ITIL - preferred
    o Japanese language - both speaking and written

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    • Role-specific Requirements

  • Technologies: Network Operations, Certified CCNA/ITIL - preferred
  • Competencies: Japanese language - both speaking and written
