- Responsible for resolving staff and customer technological questions that need technical support.
- Candidate should be good in troubleshooting (L1 level) network, hardware, and software problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- SOP Based L1 Support for desktops and internal applications
- Handle L1 Incidents, Service requests and triaging incidents
- Users will reach L1 support team through ServiceNow tickets, Emails and Voice calls.
- Extract ad-hoc reports based on Customer request.
- Candidate should be good in Mandarin and Malay languages
- Candidate should have work experience in Service desk
- Send broadcast emails to end users post approval
