    The Role

    Job Summary

    The Senior Accounts & Office Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and office management functions of the company. This includes managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining efficient office operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accounting Management:
    • Maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filings.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
    • Office Management:
    • Oversee office operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
    • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and vendor relationships.
    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Coordinate office logistics, such as equipment procurement, supplies inventory, and space planning.
    • Handle employee inquiries and address office-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Human Capital Support:
    • Assist with HC and employee onboarding/offboarding.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HC policies and procedures.
    • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and assisting with candidate evaluations.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in office management or administration is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision.
