    Job Responsibilities:

    • This position reports to the Team Lead, GL Accounting
    • Assist in the implementation of Oracle Cloud functionality for the purpose of automating and streamlining accounting processes.
    • Prepare monthly journal entries to record accounting activity related to fixed assets, prepaid expenses, intangible assets, goodwill and cash, as needed.
    • Assist with general ledger activity questions for the consolidated and statutory audits as the need arises.
    • Prepare monthly reconciliations related to material general ledger accounts.
    • Complete a monthly fluctuation analysis and provide commentary related to the accounting results for the monthly reporting package.
    • Continue to refine the monthly general ledger accounting process to increase efficiencies and improve controls.
    • Assist with ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelorâs degree with an emphasis in Accounting.
    • 2-4 years of relevant experience from public accounting and/or multinational company.
    • Oracle Cloud experience preferable but not required.
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
    • Detail-oriented with demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to change.
    • Strong Excel skills a plus
