    Description

    Job Description :-

    Manage full set of accounts, intercompany-reconciliation and audit schedules of multiple entities.

    Perform companies cash flow and treasury management.

    Liaise with external auditors/tax agent and stakeholders for financial year closing & reporting.

    Prepare management report and attend management meeting.

    Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.

    Prepare documentation for External Auditors.

    Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the HOD if necessary.

    Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the HOD in running audits.

    Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

    Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team.

    Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by management.

    Job Requirements :-

    Bachelor's degree in accounting with at least 10 years of working experience.

    Professional certification (e.g, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred.

    Candidate with external audit experience or experience in a similar role will have an advantage.

    Strong mathematical and analytical skills

    Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
