    A growing property developer working on development in the vicinity of Klang Valley is seeking for a Marketing Manager.

    This role offers new and exciting opportunity to lead marketing efforts across various channels and contribute to the growth and success of the projects.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support property development projects from inception to completion.
  • Create engaging content and collateral including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital assets.
  • Cultivate relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and requirements

    Diploma/ Degree graduate holder in marketing/ business or equivalent
    Proven track record in planning marketing strategies in the property development industry
    A leader who can motivate and guide the team in achieving company's goal together
    Result-driven with great interpersonal skills
