Position: Korean Speaking Social Media Chat Support
Client Background: Global BPO Company
Location: KL
Headcount: 5
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: Total Salary: RM7,400 - RM9,500
Responsibilities:
.Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and call backs
.Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
.Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required
.Respond promptly and politely to chat inquiries from clients.
.Conduct necessary research to resolve platform issues and provide solutions.
.Make suggestions for improving the chat support process.
.Record and report client inquiries.
.Collect client feedback to improve our services.
Requirements:
.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain things clearly and politely.
.Familiarity with social media platforms and strong problem-solving skills.
.Opens for Korean Native
.Prior experience in chat support is preferred. But Fresh Graduates are also applicable.
.English language proficiency is required.
.Working hour: 24/7 operation hours, rotational shift
