    Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) group of companies is a fully integrated manufacturer and distributor involved in various sectors such as manufacturing, marketing and distribution of fast-moving consumer products, plantation, and eco-tourism. The core business of YLC began as an edible oil repacker in Malaysia in 1968.

    Role Description

    1. Lead and manage house brands to achieve business objectives in designated channels, developing strategies in collaboration with brand owners.

    2. Ensure budget adherence and targeted fund utilization, with periodic reviews for improvement.

    3. Oversee a customer management process that enhances communication between Brand, Operations Team, and distributors to leverage business opportunities.

    4. Develop and implement channel strategies and trade plans, closely working with distributors for execution.

    5. Analyze category data to identify gaps and opportunities, driving trade fundamentals and tracking promotional effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    1. Minimum 5 years in the consumer goods industry with retailer exposure.

    2. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    3. Proven analytical, project management, and leadership abilities.

    4. Excellent presentation and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    5. Experience in POS production and a preference for those with people management and agency or production supplier experience.
