Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for front-end and back-end product design of user support business, including demand analysis, product analysis, functional design and promotion of implementation.
Focus on business participation in daily work scenarios, provide standard online processes, efficiency-improving empowerment tools, and intelligent analysis and decision-making capabilities to gradually improve the business team's service capabilities for customers.
Responsible for docking with various business parties, improving the business docking process, and promoting the overall access of products.
Responsible for connecting with various suppliers, proposing optimization requirements and pursuing implementation to ensure project progress
Meet the needs of company-level customer service platform scenarios, and meet the implementation of C, APP/web online customer service, intelligent customer service robots, self-service, work orders and other business scenarios.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree, 3 years or above experience in platform products, experience in customer service, work orders, CRM and other complex systems is preferred
Good structured thinking and abstract thinking, able to abstract and design products based on complex business scenarios and provide solutions.
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and strong coordination ability, able to promote multiple resources to achieve goals.
Excellent product sense, pursuing the ultimate in user experience
Have product owner awareness and creative awareness, strong self-motivation, and result-oriented.
Have good communication skills and project promotion ability.
