    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
    • Process HR and Administrative work including payroll using System and ensure timely payroll completion
    • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
    • Checking overtime claim and allowances
    • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
    • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
    • Handling employees' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
    • Assits in various aspect of general administrative process such as: purchasing, facilities operation, customer service, and other areas
    • Participating in meetings and present data to assist manager in making opertion and administrative decision
    • Any others ad-hoc task

    Job Requirements

    • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
    • Diploma / Degree in HR Management and Administrative work
    • At least 3 years related working experience in related field
    • Experience in monthly payroll,financial processing
    • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
    • Strong numerical skills
    • Good communication and written in Mandarin and English
    • Can onboard within 1 week.
    • the working position is in Sunway Velocity Mall office tower, very convenient for work and life.
