Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries: Customer Support and Service representatives are responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Providing product or service information: They provide customers with accurate and detailed information about the products or services offered by the organization.
Resolving customer issues: They work to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to problems and answering questions.
Escalating complex issues: If a customer issue cannot be resolved by the representative, they escalate the issue to a higher level of support or management.
Maintaining customer records: They maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, including customer feedback and complaints.
Identifying opportunities for improvement: They analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or services, as well as in customer support and service processes.
Collaborating with other departments: They work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.

Requirements:

Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other relevant functions.
Education: Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
