    Description

    Location : Selangor ,Malaysia
    Salary Range : RM 4800-RM 5500

    1 YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT,

    Opportunity to be converted as Permanent.

    Job Description :

    • Responsible for daily technical and application support.
    • Document troubleshooting details to build the knowledge base for future reference and analysis.
    • Maintain existing PCs, Networking Equipment and IT peripherals to agreed standards under the direction of the team leader.
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
    • Escalate to the next level support for issues that cannot be resolved under the scope of Level 1.
    • Develop and maintain active and progressive working relationships with all team members.
    • Support and coordinate system issues through the established ticketing system.
    • Any other tasks and duties as required.

    Job Requirement :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
    • Minimum 1 years of related work experience
    • Those with professional certification will have an added advantage
    • Speak, read and write proficiently in English
    • Added language skills will be an advantage
