    Project Management Department
    Full-Time Position

    Responsibilities

    • Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specification.
    • Facilitate negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
    • Facilitate design sessions with the developers to define solution based on use case.
    • Deliver elements of system design, including use cases, business rules, wireframes, functional document or other detailed deliverables.
    • Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Perform test and certification as impose by EMVCo, PCI and schemes.
    • Communicate key insights and findings with the team.
    • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value.
    What we are looking for:
    (Requirements)

    • Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or its equivalent.
    • High adaptability to work in a fast and dynamic working pace.
    • Has good writing (procedures and reports) and verbal communication skills.
    • Has critical thinking skills, responsible and a team player.
    • Preferably with 12 years working experience in the business analyst job role.
