    Description

    JOB PURPOSE

    1. End-to-end Project data management including data architecture, data visualisation for reporting, project-related M&E design, data collection, analysis and storage / retrieval.
    2. Accountable for establishing performance measures, collecting and analysing performance information, planning and managing evaluations which are then used for decision-making.
    3. Assist in producing progress reports for the Project's Programme.
    4. Key accountabilities include:
    • Impact assessment
    • Programme Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Project Management

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Support the collation of data across all Trust Schools / Projects programmes.
    2. Provide data analysis and report the data in a meaningful manner to support further actions by the company that includes, but not limited to, project reporting, product development and decision making.
    3. Assist in producing periodical progress reports for the Trust School / Projects programme.
    4. Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating reporting processes.
    5. Work collaboratively with the Project Team to develop ideas, evaluate current practices, plan and create frameworks to orchestrate various interventions to achieve project end results.
    6. Manage more than one project simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines, making room for contingencies and risk management processes. Create logical frameworks and procedures for designing and planning evaluations, special studies and assessments
    7. Provide input into the design, implementation and dissemination of evaluations, special studies and assessments.
    8. Assist in the development and formalization of a robust quality assurance review process of all existing and new training programs which includes feedback from end of course surveys, and student evaluation.
    9. Assist in creating and monitoring a plan that includes assessing the validity of the information and indicators that contribute to specific projects.
