    Description

    We seek a Product Manager for our MNC Pharma client to work at Bangsar South.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Product Manager, you will drive our branded product portfolio's growth and market presence through strategic marketing initiatives and effective team collaborations. You will be pivotal in conceptualizing and executing marketing strategies that ensure significant market penetration and financial profitability.

    Key Performance Objectives:

    1. Financial Growth

    Drive profitable growth year-on-year, maximizing the company's value by optimizing revenues and operating margins.

    2. Marketing Strategy Development

    Conceptualize and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Manage the advertising and promotional budget efficiently, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts and actual expenses.

    3. Market Penetration and Training

    Conduct frequent field visits to gauge market dynamics and update competitive strategies. Train and equip the sales team with scientific promotion tools and campaign briefings to enhance market penetration.

    4. Promotional Material Management

    Ensure the timely delivery and high quality of promotional materials to support product visibility and engagement.

    5. Product Launches

    Spearheaded high-impact launch plans for new products, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective market introduction.

    6. Strategy Implementation

    Cascade detailed marketing strategies to the sales force, supervising the implementation of marketing programs and ensuring their alignment with overall business objectives.

    7. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, leveraging these relationships to enhance product advocacy and market intelligence.

    8. New Business Development

    Stay abreast of market trends and opportunities for new product introductions, contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.

    9. Consumer Insights

    Monitor and analyze doctor behaviors and preferences, developing tailored communication programs that address their needs.

    Skills and Experience Required:-

    Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in product management within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.

    Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

    Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong internal and external relationships.

    Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing cross-functional teams.
