    KGISL Hiring Business Analyst (Insurance Domain Experience)

    Job Title: Business Analyst (Insurance Domain Experience)

    Experience Range : 2+

    Salary Range : Max 11MYR

    Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years in the insurance domain to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance processes, business requirements analysis, and a track record of successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
    • Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
    • Conduct business process modeling and improvement initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
