    Description

    Client Company: Insurance Company

    Location: KL

    Position: Contract role

    Role Purpose

    This role exists under the Sales Quality Team to meet the requirements of survey calls for non-regulatory survey activities. E,g. Cross Border, Prospecting Activity.

    It supports the delivery of pre & post-transaction check at a departmental and organizational level.

    Job Responsibilities

    . Make Outbound Calls to clients and other possible stakeholders.

    . Receive Inbound Calls from clients and other stakeholders.

    . Explain products / process to clients where necessary.

    . Collaborate with stakeholders in the continual improvement of processes to deliver pre & post-transaction survey call outcome.

    . Communicate verbally or thru written form to various stakeholders.

    Job Requirements

    . Diploma in any discipline, preferably with Finance or Business Background

    . Able to work independently

    . Able to respond to client's queries and handle objections

    . Team player

    . Responsive

    . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    . Strong interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) skills

    . Effective in both English and Mandarin
