    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role in Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all legal requirements. The Human Resources Manager will be the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and will work closely with senior management to ensure that all HR practices align with company goals and objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in all areas of HR management, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance
    • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with company goals and objectives
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
