- Oversee daily administration of the company
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
- Handle basic support requests during the implementation phase.
- Ability to produce high-quality documents, SOPâs and customer journey Playbooks.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately via call / zoom
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Create invoice/receipt for clients when needed
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
- Any ad hoc task assigned
- Able to communicate Mandarin and basic English
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Great communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation capabilities with both customers and leadership.
