    Position Summary:

    The Regional Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the designated region. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    oDevelop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the overall corporate objectives.

    oAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

    oLead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    oConduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    oCultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    oCollaborate with the client solutions team to tailor logistics solutions to meet individual client requirements.

    oIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.

    oEvaluate and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's market presence.

    oDrive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    oDevelop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with the pricing team.

    oProvide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

    oUtilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    oCollaborate with other departments such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective communication across the organization.

    Qualifications:

    oBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field MBA is a plus.

    oProven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of revenue targets in the logistics industry.

    oStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

    oExcellent communication and negotiation skills.

    oAbility to travel within the region as required.

    oMinimum of 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
