    JOB SCOPE

    Role: Senior Oracle Fusion Reporting Specialist, HR Services

    • Effective status reporting tracking individual progress against a portion of the work/project plan using JIRA.
    • Effective ability to develop estimates in support of IT's response to business partner requests for new or enhanced business reporting solutions.
    • Effective ability to develop and deliver system demonstrations or presentations.
    • Collaborates with and supports business partners to effectively deliver projects and ongoing support for Oracle HCM BI solutions.
    • Communicates and coordinates with internal and external partners as required to facilitate effective delivery of projects and ongoing support
    • Effective ability to select and design project testing standards for all phases for reasonably complex solutions.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or more than 3 years of experience in business intelligence projects
    • Experience in programming with Oracle tools and language (PL/SQL)
    • Experience in an BI environment
    • Experience in developing data models and reports
    • Experience in an Oracle HCM Cloud focused team
    • Experience in HCM Extracts
    • Strong analytical problem solving skills
    • Highly motivated individual with desire to review & improve the business process and procedures of our shared service center.
    • Broad understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications (Other HR Applications welcome) and database structure of the HCM application module
    • Able to clearly present information through the spoken word
    • Influence or persuade others through oral presentations in positive or negative circumstances
