Please find the job description below. Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (English + Japanese) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Expectations from the Role
  • Should possess good communication skills.
  • Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Office365, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
  • Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have
  • Strong English & Japanese Communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Must have JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 certifications.
  • Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
  • Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.
  • Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop trouble-shooting
  • Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills
  • Good-to-Have
  • Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases - Mandatory
  • Flexible to work
