    Position: Customer Service

    Salary Package: RM2,500 - RM2,800

    Working Location:

    Georgetown, Penang (Summerton)

    Bayan Lepas, Penang

    Tanjung Tokong, Penang

    Company Background: Aesthetic Clinic

    Working Days & Hours: 9am till 6pm (off day on weekdays)

    Job Descriptions:

    Manage company social media platform via Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram, Messenger, Comment & Review).

    Information center for customer regarding company products, promotions & services

    Manage company Google review via Google Business platform

    Able to work shift system

    Manage company hotline when customer call in for enquiries

    Manage company WhatsApp account

    Manage and resolve complaints from customer

    Promote and deal with customer for appointment set up

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum Diploma in health-related field.

    Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage

    Customer care and service minded

    Good interpersonal and communication skills

    Computer literate

    Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
